  1. Wasn’t an option for 2 thumbs up so here’s the 2nd 👍🏻. Being upfront and honest should not be feared. THAT is one of the main things that make professional agents stand out because everyone else is trying to get in through the “back door”. It is also an extremely important attribute to maintain at all times. Not just for a FSBO. Be Honest. Be Upfront. You. Will. Win.

  2. Kevin this is fantastic. I’ve been practicing the FSBO scripts from other training programs. I’ll be honest I don’t like the BS scripts that are out there. I never liked the idea of a preview appointment.

  3. What if they've already got the house listed way too high? How do you convince them you can get them more money when you also need to tell them that they need to ask for way less money for their house?

  4. Kevin!
    I love your videos.
I love your point that why would a FSBO offer to pay 2% commission for someone who is only going to try and take their home from them at the lowest price possible..
    HOWEVER,!!
What do I say back to a FSBO owner when they say to me, "Than why do you offer 2% to agents on MLS who are just going to do the same to you?"

Please email me back. I would love to use this pointer at a FSBO meeting. However, im not sure what I should say back if they turn the table on me, and ask why I offer to pay to a buyers agent who will just try and negotiate my price down also???

    Thank!
