What a lot of Real Estate Agents don’t understand is how the general public judges you based on what they see on their Social Media Pages.

Put simply…
If your Social Media looks unprofessional (poor graphics and grammar errors), the public believes that reflects what’s going on with how you treat your clients.

If your Social Media Pages haven’t been updated in a while (ie: if your last post was more than a few days ago), the public believes that maybe you are not actively working as a Real Estate Agent and that your staff might also let things slip during the home buying/selling process.

Yes we do!
You can upgrade your social media assistant to include posting to include: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn.

Yes!
If you sign up for our Social Media Assistant, we brand every piece of content to you, which helps build authority in your area!
We post content 3 – 4 times per day of high-quality, engaging real estate related content to your social media page.
Approximately 100 posts per month.
This still leaves room for you to post your homes for sale, open houses, & sold houses.
Sometimes people think this is too much posting, however in our expert experience, you must post multiple times per day to reach your audience. This is what the social media platforms want you to do. Also, something to keep in mind is that your fans do not see every single post you do (like you do as the owner of the page).
If however, you feel that is too much posting, you can simply ask us to post less (this does not change the price of our assistants though).

All of our content is created by our creative & design team. We have been in the Real Estate Industry since 2011 and have a complete understanding of what your potential home sellers/buyers want to see and engage with.

Let’s start with one simple fact: your Real Estate Business needs a social media presence.

It doesn’t matter if you are a single agent or a team. Social media is an essential piece of your business marketing strategy.

Social platforms help you connect with your customers, increase awareness about your brand, and boost your leads and sales. With more than three billion people around the world using social media every month, it’s no passing trend.

Build Awareness

If people don’t know about your business, they can’t become your customers. Social media boosts your visibility among potential customers, letting you reach a wide audience by using a large amount of time and effort. And it’s free to create a business profile on all the major social networks, so you have nothing to lose.

Communicate Authority

Home Buyers/Sellers are increasingly savvier and more discerning about which Real Estate Agent they want. Before making a decision, they’ll do a quick search to browse your website and social media.

Will they find an empty profile or a rich source of information? Setting up robust profiles that you update frequently with relevant content will build your brand’s authority as the BEST Real Estate Agent in town and make sure you make a positive first impression through social media, showing that you are a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and approachable Real Estate Agent.

Show Authenticity

Customers aren’t interested in Real Estate Agents that ONLY publish houses for sale.

Instead, let your brand’s personality shine through in everything you share on social media. What does your brand voice sound like? How does it represent who you are?

Practice getting your tone just right, whether it’s casual and funny or formal and friendly. Be true to who you are, not who you think you should be. Followers want to see real people behind your social profiles. Show them.

Encourage Engagement

Social channels evolve, constantly releasing new features, and this rapidly changing environment can be intimidating for some Real Estate Agents.

But remember: you don’t have to do everything, that is where we come into help.

Provide Support

Social platforms have successfully broken down barriers between companies and their customers. Now, instead of calling a customer service line, many people turn to Facebook or Twitter to solve problems or find information.

Develop your reputation as a responsive, caring Real Estate Agent by offering support through social channels:

  • Respond as quickly as possible to questions and concerns.
  • Go out of your way to be positive and helpful.
  • Listen to criticism and make customers feel heard.
  • Know when to resolve public conversations in private messages.

Grow Affordably

Marketing costs add up, and not every Real Estate Agent can afford huge campaigns. But you can get a lot of value for your dollar with social media marketing. Your business, regardless of size or budget, has an opportunity to grow your audience and reach your objectives through posting on social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Social media is a crucial part of your business marketing, but it doesn’t have to be stressful to manage. Take the first step, create a profile, and start engaging with your customers.

No. When we get access to your Facebook Business Page, it does not give us access to any of your personal account. Also, you stay in control of your Business Page too!

Absolutely not!  Our service is offered on a month-to-month basis.  No contracts or lengthy commitments.  You can cancel at any time.

Do you want to have complete control over your social media, but just don’t know where to find things to post?

That is where the Shareable Content from The Vault comes in. Get access to a treasure trove of content.

Home Buying Tips, Home Selling Tips, Engaging Content, Real Estate Tips & Stats, Quote Images & Videos, Memes. You want to mix up the content to be able to give your followers what they want and not just push houses for sale.

This allows your followers to connect with you on a more human level, which makes them want to work with you more!

The Vault includes a social media calendar, so you are never in the dark on what and when you should be posting.

Did you know that each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn) all have different size images that they allow? If you do not post the right size image, then you look very unprofessional, plus how annoying is it to not be able to see the whole image?!?!?
